If you are not 100% happy with your order for any reason or you simply changed your mind, we are happy to accept returns within a 30-day period. During this period, you can return your order to us and receive a full refund.
All items must be received back to us in the same condition that they left so please repackage items carefully. We inspect every item upon return and any damage is your responsibility.
You are responsible for the costs of returning the package and we would always advise obtaining proof of postage and suitable insurance for your parcel as we cannot be responsible for any items lost or damaged on the way back to us.
If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, please contact as soon as possible and we will advise how we can resolve the problem.
