You should receive your order within 1-2 working days of placing your order. If you place your order on a weekend or bank holiday, please calculate your estimated delivery based on your order being received on the next working day.
Our orders are sent using APC Couriers Next Day service. Your order will arrive in our specially designed cardboard boxes, marked with Glass tape. Inside your order will be safely wrapped in our new Bubl bag system to keep your glass safe on its journey. Rest assured; your order is in safe hands. However, if the unexpected does happen to your glass on its way to you and your windows arrive broken, we will send out a replacement on a next day service. We must be notified on any damages as soon as reasonably possible.
Please note, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors out of our control. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the couriers. However, we will always inform you if we are aware of any expected delays.
Please note that we only offer free shipping to mainland UK. We are able to ship to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles and Scottish Islands through our website for an additional fee.
